A full day's masterclass with relevant learnings meeting interesting peers:Mark Mortensen – INSEAD Associate Professor Organisationsal Behaviour, award winning researcher and consults widely on issues of team dynamics, global collaboration, power and social networks, and organisational change.
Since the start of the Corona pandemic there has been a significant change in how we meet and use technology for this purpose. We all know the dos and don’ts of a Zoom or Teams meeting. The time after lock-down is approaching and how will our experiences help us in the future?
In this masterclass we – again – have the pleasure of introducing INSEAD professor Mark Mortensen, who for decades have researced and helped distributed and virtuel teams – even long before it was the common pratice for all of us. Mortensen will dive into how we create well functioning and capable teams and to what extent we will continue using virtuel teams in the future.
What are the valuable perspecitves of virtuel teams? Did we already come to an understanding or did we miss some of the points? Even though we feel we have come far – this masterclass will provide new insights in how we can coopereate even more effectively in a future after lock-down. What elements of virtual cooperation can we develop even further in order to create successful teams both virtually as well as physically.
